As the third oldest Santa Gertrudis stud in Australia, established in 1954, it stands as the largest Santa Gertrudis cattle operation in NSW. Yulgilbar takes pride in its extensive Santa Gertrudis gene pool, incorporating some of the best genetics worldwide. Santa Gertrudis bulls and semen are available for sale year-round.
The Annual Production Sale occurs on the first Friday in September, featuring up to 100 bulls, stud females, and commercial breeders. Additionally, Yulgilbar hosts an industry field day every three years, showcasing their premier livestock and industry innovations.
