Property overview
Eastern fall country on the Clarence River in northern NSW with 24 km of double river frontage comprising of alluvial loam fertile river flats, undulating pasture and some steep Serpentine rock mountain terrain. Cropping and pasture improvement programs operate on much of the property.

Our Management Team

Rob & Lorraine took over management of Yulgilbar in 2002. Rob came into the job with academic credentials including a Diploma in Agriculture and a Diploma of Business Management. Whilst wife Lorraine has a Diploma in Rural Techniques. Rob had previously managed properties at Harlin and Toogoolawah located in the Brisbane Valley. Along with managing a property at Taroom in central Queensland. He has also judged cattle at shows across Australia for many years now. Rob was Young Rural Queenslander of the year in 1987. He went on to become New South Wales Farmer of the year in 2007. He is currently  Director of the NCMC and was a councillor of the RAS until 2016. Under Rob's management Yulgilbar has rapidly changed to meet current and future challenges in agriculture.
